Questions
How quickly does a moment start?
Timing includes the data feed, a 90-second goal confirmation hold and processing. Live broadcast testing is still underway. We don’t promise instant offers or guaranteed email arrival times.
What happens if a goal is overturned?
Momentburst waits for VAR checks before anything fires. A confirmed cancellation during the hold stops the offer. If a goal is overturned after firing, the discount keeps its original deadline, the celebration stops and the banner says: ‘Goal overturned — your offer still stands’. Notifications that haven’t started are suppressed.
Which matches are covered?
V1 covers the 20 Premier League clubs and England’s senior men’s team. Choose goals, wins, clean sheets or the final whistle. Weather, TV and other events are future ideas, not available triggers.
Does it email my customers?
Only if you connect Klaviyo on Pro or Club and choose a consented audience. Klaviyo consent, suppression and sending limits apply. Smart Sending is on by default. We recommend a branded, authenticated sending domain before customer use.
Will it slow my store down?
The banner uses a small theme app embed and loads only the active team’s font. The 3D scene on this website never loads on your store. Performance still depends on your theme and device.
Do I need to watch the match?
No. Set your rules and limits, enable the banner and run a test before matchday. Momentburst watches the supported fixtures, subject to provider availability and confirmation checks.
How does the founding price work?
The first 50 approved UK stores can subscribe to Pro for US$35 a month, normally US$59. The price is locked while that subscription stays active. If you cancel or uninstall and later return, normal pricing applies. Requesting access is free and doesn’t reserve a place or start billing.
